Beginning Pistol teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely.

This is an 8 hour course: 4 hours class time and 4 hours range time. In order to ensure a safe training environment, we maintain a ratio of no more than 2 students per instructor at the range. Range time will be conducted the following day in the morning or afternoon.
Course Cost: $125.00 per person (does not include range fee of $20 or ammunition). $50 dollar deposit is required to reserve your seat
Ammunition needed for the course is 50 rounds of 9mm, 50 rounds of .38 Special and 100 rounds of 22 Long Rifle.
Students can bring their own ammunition (brass-cased ammunition only please) or we can provide them for an additional $50.
Rental firearms are available for $25 to try as many as you like, from this selection of popular pistols listed on the approved CA/DOJ roster.
